Monday

Mellow Monday 9.30am

Clevedon, Nimble Studio

This class is designed to release tension and rebalance the nervous system. Using gentle and restorative postures, some easy flows and breathwork you will leave this class ready for your week ahead.

This class is Suitable for beginners, improvers and anyone who is recovering.

Monday Energy Flow 5.30pm

Clevedon, Nimble Studio

End the first day of the week with a guided flowing yoga practice where you can release any unnecessary tension or stress and move your way into feeling stronger and more confident in your own body and mind. Empowering you for the rest of your week.

Some yoga experience is good to have for this class.

Wednesday

Wednesday Warrior 10.30am

Tickenham Village Hall

This is a Hatha Yoga Class. Beginning with a grounding arrival and breathwork before moving mindfully through a series of postures that help to strengthen, align and rebalance the body. Finishing with a meditation in Shavasana.

Between April – October this class is outdoors unless raining.  This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.

Wilderness Running Yoga 5.30pm (fortnightly)

Various Locations

This Class is the ultimate in combining Strength, endurance and flexibility all whilst being outside in nature. Each week we go to a different location where we run to a selection of beautiful spots to practice and be guided by nature and ourselves. This is always an organic class where we play with moving, postures, energy work and breath work.

A good level of physical fitness is required for this class. Some Yoga experience is needed.

Thursday

Lunchtime Yoga 12.30pm

Nimble Studio

Find balance between the body and the breath. Move mindfully through a series of postures that help to strengthen, open and align your body to help rebalance the mind. Finishing with seated breathwork and meditation, renewing yourself for the rest of the day.

This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.

Twilight Thursday 7.30pm

Yatton Village Hall

When you need to release and unwind from your day step onto a candle lit room with soothing music and let go of your stress. Flow through a series of postures and breathwork to relax and refocus the mind and to remove any unwanted signs of stress on the body.

This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.

Friday

Funky Friday 7pm

Clevedon, Greyfriars Hall.

Yay Its Friday!! Have you heard the phase work hard to play hard?  The energy is high, this class is strong, flowing and playful. It’s a set sequence of postures that we repeat each week to allow you to get familiar and intuitive with the movements. We practice to a variety of funk, disco and dance music. It’s a bit like a yoga party if you can imagine that? You will leave feeling ready to embrace into your weekend.  

A good level of fitness and some Previous Yoga experience is required for this class.

Sunday

Rise and Shine Sunday 9am

Yatton Village Hall

Wake up, roll out of bed, get your yoga clothes on and come straight to class. There is no better way to start your Sunday. Flow through a series of postures, breathwork and meditation to help awaken the body and mind getting you ready for your Sunday full of adventures.

This class is suitable for anyone with some level of fitness, physical ability and experience. Adjustments are given accordingly.

Sunday Yin - 6pm

Clevedon, Nimble Studio

This is possibly the greatest way to end your weekend, by giving yourself the best selfcare treatment there is.

Yin yoga works with meridians – channels of energy through the body. The Meridians connect to a specific organ in the body and each meridian is named by its organ.

By using a series of postures to work into the meridians we can help those organs to better function for us. To get deeper into the body, muscles and the tissue. Yin yoga postures are held for longer and are supported by props.

Yin yoga is suitable for all, it can also be used for people who are recovering from illness, injuries as well as a great complimentary practice to anyone who is especially sporty or physical.
