TreesYoga Classes
My Yoga classes are my passion, I therefore consider them to be a part of me. So I use what I hold close to my heart as inspiration. Music, humour, nature, inner wisdom, stories and exploration.
When the flow of yoga gets going it becomes a dance. I play a variety of uplifting music depending on the class and the energy of the time.
I will often use a theme that may be relevant to the time of year, what might be happening in the world, Yoga philosophy’s or simply something that suits our mindsets for the class. This theme is planted like a seed at the beginning of the class and as we move, that seed grows into a thought process and blooms into inspiration or even transformation by the end.
Everyone is welcome to my classes with all of your wonderful gifts and challenges. I would like everyone to feel welcome and comfortable to join my classes. If you are hesitant about joining a class for any reason please let me know.
