Start your week the best way possible! This class is designed to release tension and rebalance the nervous system. Using gentle and restorative postures, some easy flows and breathwork you will leave this class ready for your week ahead.

This class is Suitable for beginners, improvers and anyone who is recovering.

Monday Energy Flow 5.30pm

This is a strong and energising flowing yoga practice where you can release any unnecessary tension or stress and move your way into feeling stronger and more confident in your own body and mind. Empowering you for the rest of your week.

Some yoga experience is good to have for this class.

Yin Yoga 60min Monday 7pm

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits

Yin yoga is suitable for all, it can also be used for people who are recovering from illness, injuries as well as a great complimentary practice to anyone who is especially sporty or physical.

Wednesday

Wednesday Wind Down 7.30pm

This class is designed to unwind you from your day, or week so far. Enabling you to release tension and to get back into your body. Flowing through a balance of breathwork, movement and meditation this class will Leave you feeling grounded and ready to relax into the rest of your evening.

This class is Suitable for beginners, improvers and anyone who is recovering.

Thursday

Twilight Thursday 7pm

Yatton Village Hall

When you need to release and unwind from your day step onto a candle lit room with soothing music and let go of your stress. Flow through a series of postures and breathwork to relax and refocus the mind and to remove any unwanted signs of stress on the body.

This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.

Friday

Friday Flow 11.30am

Clevedon, Nimble Studio

End the week with a guided flowing yoga practice designed to give you energy, and release any unwanted stresses from the week. You will leave feeling stronger and more confident in your own body and mind. Empowering you for your weekend.

Some yoga experience is good to have for this class.

Saturday

Strength and Stretch 10am ( Starting on 18th April)

Clevedon, Nimble Studio

Build strength, stamina and core stability during some more challenging flows and holds of postures. This class will build heat and leave you feeling energised and uplifted for the rest of your weekend.

Some yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness is good to have for this class.

Sunday

Sunday 90min Yin - 6pm

This is possibly the greatest way to end your weekend, by giving yourself the best selfcare treatment there is.

Yin yoga works with meridians – channels of energy through the body. The Meridians connect to a specific organ in the body and each meridian is named by its organ.

By using a series of postures to work into the meridians we can help those organs to better function for us. To get deeper into the body, muscles and the tissue. Yin yoga postures are held for longer and are supported by props.

Yin yoga is suitable for all, it can also be used for people who are recovering from illness, injuries as well as a great complimentary practice to anyone who is especially sporty or physical.
