As you move gently through your practice, you’ll be surrounded by birdsong, feel the soft breeze on your skin, and watch the sky transform as the sun sets. The evening closes with a peaceful meditation under the glow of the full moon, inviting a deep sense of calm and connection.
Held on a raised wooden platform nestled in the forest, this outdoor class offers a chance to fully immerse yourself in nature—letting go, unwinding, and simply being.
After a short journey up to the space, you’ll be warmly welcomed and introduced to this month’s moon. From there, you’ll be guided through a nourishing yoga flow, followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra. The experience ends with quiet moon bathing, where you can sip a warm drink and enjoy a light snack before gently making your way back down.
Warm drinks and delicious gluten-free, vegan snacks will be provided for you to enjoy whilst moon bathing.
