In this workshop, we’ll explore the entire back line of the body, from the soles of the feet all the way up through the legs, hips and spine to the neck.
Through a combination of myofascial release, self-massage, stretching and strengthening techniques, we’ll work to release tension, improve mobility and create a greater sense of space and freedom throughout the body.
Each element of the practice will help you develop a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves, gradually easing restrictions and creating more length and openness.
Our focus will be on finding your own sense of ease and comfort in Adho Mukha Śavãsãna — moving beyond simply holding the shape to discovering a posture that feels spacious, grounded and sustainable.
Come and explore releasing, lengthening and strengthening techniques for the body to transform your Downward Facing Dog into a posture that feels both strong and wonderfully effortless.
Spaces are limited to just 8 people. So please book on early to avoid missing out.
